Checkerboard and Grace

Checkerboard and Grace are feral brother and sister, litter mates. They are 15ish years old. I brought them inside and they hated it. We all gave it a year but they would not acculturate. Back out they went and they are happy and cared for.

They are the last remaining members of what is now the senior colony.

Grace waits up for Checkerboard. She'll rest when he is in for the night. These two old survivors look out for each other.
