In the Dark of Night, In the Light of Day

While I'm going after the black and white kitty, who all involved knows has been abandoned, I'm finding a brownish tabby is the one most visiting the tied open trap. This cat eats like it's hungry-5-6 times per day. The black and white one will not enter the trap. Yet. It goes around and around and knows the food is there but not yet.

I need to find out the story of the tabby. Simple to catch if it has been abandoned.
