Refund Policy
* In the event the item was received undamaged and the buyer has changed his/her mind or it was not
what was expected, My Tenth Life will refund the cost of any unused, undamaged product. Buyer
assumes the cost to return mail. 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

* Desire to return an item must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
​
* If an item is not as described or is in a different condition than was stated in the listing, My Tenth Life
will pay for return shipping and refund 100% of the cost of the item.

* In the event an item is received and was damaged in transit, buyer is encouraged to take photos of
the packaging as well as the product for documentation purposes. My Tenth Life will initiate a
complaint with the sending Post Office. Buyer must also initiate complaint with their local Post Office
and provide the documentation and parcel as required by Post Office or Transit Company. All items
are shipped insured and protocol of Postal or shipping delivery company needs to be followed.

* If an item is lost in transit, My Tenth Life will initiate an inquiry. If it never appears again, protocol of
Postal or shipping company will be followed.​

* Items shipped internationally must abide by the receiving country's Customs protocol. At times,
Customs can hold onto to an item for quite some time. Buyer must contact the Customs Office in their
country as no information is available in sending country.

* My Tenth Life cannot alter any international mailing labels and any Customs fee are the sole
responsibility of the buyer.

* International shipments are sent First Class International which offers tracking up to receiving country's
customs and then has no access to information. Buyer assumes all delivery risks. If another form of
transport is desired, please inquire prior to purchase and I will hold the item for you while we work that
out.
