Not all the ferals I care for want to come in and I can't bring them all in. Checkerboard had begun to hang out near the back door but still had to be trapped. But there is a time for all things. Over the last 2 months of the summer, Checkerboard began to look rather raggedy and he began to falter. The day came for him to be trapped and coaxed into living inside. He's taking it in stride and his coat is looking 100% better. The door to their room is open today. He and Grace have been visited by their new feline family but have made no attempt to come out.
