Apricot, the feral baby has been inside for about a month and a half and she is doing great in her socialization. We go one step forward and one half step backwards. I've never used a harness for this purpose but as her instinct is to run, she slips back into it and a harness seems to calm her down and gives her the opportunity to be touched, petted and played with. String and neck scratching are a few of her favorite things. The harness not often used anymore but it does serve a useful purpose. Fawning over this precious baby is a joy.
